Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition unless the issue is related to defects in workmanship or errors on our part.
- Custom decorated items with design errors (e.g., incorrect placement, colors, or spelling) due to our mistake are fully eligible for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Products with errors caused by incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., submitted artwork or specifications) are not eligible for return. Please double-check your designs and instructions prior to finalizing your order.
Resolution Options
For approved returns, we offer the following options:
- Replacement: A corrected version of your order will be printed/embroidered and sent to you at no additional cost.
- Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- • For minor issues, we may also offer a partial refund or credit toward future purchases.

- Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue, along with photos if possible.
- Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions if a return of the product is necessary.
